The strongest nutritional strategy remains remarkably familiar.
Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods.
Consume adequate protein.
Eat vegetables and fruit.
Include fiber.
Choose healthy fats.
Stay physically active.
Sleep well.
Avoid tobacco.
Manage stress.
Maintain preventive healthcare.
No supplement stack is more foundational than those behaviors.
